Direct answers before you call.
Who repairs solar when the original installer is out of business?
A qualified solar and electrical service contractor can identify the installed equipment, review monitoring and production history, test the AC, DC and communication paths, and document a repair or manufacturer-support plan. Eco Solar & Electric services existing systems across Los Angeles and Orange County.
Can you service a solar system you did not install?
Yes. Existing-system service begins by documenting the equipment, ownership, monitoring access and current condition because records and warranties vary.
Who can service my SolarEdge system if the original installer is gone?
Eco Solar & Electric provides SolarEdge monitoring, communication, inverter, optimizer, isolation-fault and electrical troubleshooting for existing systems. The first step is identifying the equipment and evidence before recommending a repair or replacement.
What if SolarEdge monitoring is offline?
Monitoring can fail because of Wi-Fi, Ethernet, cellular, configuration, gateway or power-path issues. Our Glendora video shows one real case where a hardwired Ethernet communication path replaced an unreliable Wi-Fi connection.
Can an orphaned solar system be removed and reinstalled for roofing?
Yes. The array should be documented before removal, coordinated with the roofer, reinstalled after roof release, and recommissioned with monitoring and production verified.
