SunPower ‘Missing Grid’ Solar Diagnosis for a Managed Property

PMI Patron called Eco Solar & Electric for a solar system at a managed multifamily property in Signal Hill. The SunPower inverter reported that the grid was missing. Field testing traced the condition to the 20-amp solar backfeed breaker, which was off and not fully seated in the panel. We reseated the breaker, restored the AC connection and verified the system operating again before documenting the result for the property manager.

Aurora Solar Inverter Error Diagnosis

This Palos Verdes Estates homeowner found Eco Solar & Electric through Google, reviewed our customer feedback and website, then called us directly. Her service call involved two legacy Aurora inverters: one operating and one reporting E031. The manufacturer identifies E031 as an internal error involving voltage measured at the output relay. We compared the paired equipment, verified the AC supply, checked the DC array inputs and followed a controlled restart before documenting the repair and replacement path.
